Founded by an Aviation Professional, Not a Marketer

Alex Vyshnikov founded the company after more than two decades in private jet operations, charter and aircraft management. Alex Vyshnikov launched Eton Aviation with a simple idea: a client should feel safer and more confident after speaking with their broker. A conversation with us should reduce confusion, not create it. For that reason we keep our client base intentionally limited and build relationships that last years, not a single flight.

Before every trip, we start with a direct conversation. Sometimes it is with the principal, sometimes with a PA, family office, corporate travel manager or security adviser. We clarify what really matters on this journey: time windows, privacy, route, luggage, cabin layout and any specific crew or on-board requirements. Only after that do we suggest aircraft and operators that fit the mission instead of forcing your plans into a standard template.

Every member of our team has a serious background in business aviation. We have worked for operators, corporate flight departments, FBOs and maintenance organisations. This experience shows us what happens behind the scenes long before the catering arrives and the door closes. Because we operate as a boutique company, we react quickly when plans change. A delayed meeting, an extra passenger, a new routing or unexpected weather rarely fit into a standard package. Our team routinely re-plans around real life. We coordinate revised slots and permits, adjust ground transfers and arrange hangar parking in extreme temperatures. When it truly helps, we add services such as helicopter transfers or VIP terminal access.
